सबसे पहले आपको UTI PSA Login करना है

UTI PSA Login करने के बाद CSF Services में Mouse का कर्सर को रखना है तो CSF PAN Form का Option आयेगा उसमें Click करना है Click करने पर CSC PAN Form का Application New Tab में Open होगा

सबसे पहले PAN NUMBER डालना है Enter करने पर फिर से PAN Number डालने के लिये आयेगा, अब आपको Both Physical and e pan Card का Option को Select करना है

अब आपको Option दिखेगा

1. Name
2. Fathers Name
3. Date Of Birth
4. Gender
5. Photo Mismatch
6. Signature Mismatch
7. Address
8. If you desire to update your other address also, give required details in additional sheet
9. Telephone Number
10. Aadhaar Number
11. Mention the permanent account number,
12. Verification

आपको 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,12 ये सभी को भरना है पर आपको जो Correction करना है केवल उसी पे टिक लगाना है फिर आपको Submit पर Click कर देना है

PAN CARD Reprint:-  आपको 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,12 ये सभी को भरना है पर आपको केवल Photo Mismatch और Signature Mismatch पर Click करके Submit कर देना है.

अब आपको Form को Print करना है, Customer का Photo लगा कर और Signature करा कर Document को Scan करके Upload कर देना है

उसके बाद CSF Batch Generate कर देना है अब Pan Card Correction हो जायगा या Pan Card Reprint हो जाएगा.
